Vision Source NEXT Helps the Next Generation in Private Practice
As school tuition has skyrocketed, the burden of student loan repayment has forced many young ODs to work in environments that are not where they envisioned themselves. Vision Source has changed the game! Independent private practice owners in the Vision Source network can now offer up to $150,000 or more in student debt relief, while paying a competitive market wage.

Currently, there are hundreds of associate doctor positions available in Vision Source practices all throughout the United States. Vision Source member practices that choose to participate in the program can provide up to $150,000 in student loan repayment relief to new associate doctors that join their practice. Imagine an extra $30,000 per year to join an independent Vision Source practice allowing you the chance to practice to your highest level of education, utilizing the latest technology, and in some cases, provide a pathway to practice ownership.
